Eggy
is about 6 years old and has been bred multiple times. She was
dumped in a high kill shelter in Florida when she could no
longer breed. By being bred so many times caused mammary tumors,
many which are cancerous. She also has at least 5 other cysts on
her back as well as another cancerous tumor on her back. The
plan is to do two different surgery sessions, the reason being
there are so many tumors and she cannot be open and on the
operating table for a long period of time. She is middle age and
has a very good quality of life ahead of her. FBR is making the
decision to do the surgery We can not
guarantee the final outcome. We cannot say how long she will
live. it might be a year, it might be 7 years. But with her will
and heart and your prayers and donations toward her surgery Eggy
has a much better chance at quality of life than she had in the
first half of her life. Please help make a difference for Eggy.

Unfortunately Eggy has had 3 new
lumps show up in her mammary glands with in the last few weeks.
As she is still very active and doing well, the Vet has recommended that we go
ahead and do the surgery to remove them.
We are in needs of funds to help cover the cost of the surgery.
Once again we come to the basset lovers of the world, if you would be willing to help with the cost of Eggy's surgery please click the
donate button above.
